Flipside Presents | Barkley — Improv Comedy

Featuring the cast of Hoosiers all grown up, Barkley performs longform improv in a full court slam dunk of comedy free throws. Barkley is a Denver improv team that runs weekly at RISE Comedy and has been hosting the Community Jam for over nine years. Barkley is a regular at the Denver Improv Festival and RISE Comedy Festival and has performed guest sets with Craig Cackowski, Carla Cackowski, Jaime Moyer, Patrick Rowland, Paul Vaillancourt, Jet Eveleth, Drew Droege, Will Luera, Brian James O’Connell, Nick Armstrong, Josh Nicols, and many more visiting improvisers.

Barkley hosts a free weekly jam in Denver, with the goal of building up the sense of community in the local improv scene. By opening the jam to players of all levels and inviting a different featured guest every week, they introduce new improvisers to veteran players--and vice versa. As a team, they work on showing the benefits of teamwork, listening, and total support in order to broaden the general style of improv in Denver.

Doors open at 7:30pm. Show starts at 8pm.
