FLO MicroCourse: Digital Well-Being Through an Indigenous Lens

Join us for this free one-week Facilitating Learning Online (FLO) MicroCourse, which offers participants the opportunity to consider and reflect on their own digital well-being, the well-being of learners, and how this work can contribute to the broader journey of reconciliation.
Learning Outcomes
Successful participants will gain an appreciation of digital well-being by:
- Managing technology to be in balance through actively implementing strategies for spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental health
- Understanding digital literacy as the ability to set boundaries with digital technology, and to use it intentionally
- Learning to modeling and teaching digital well-being
Two optional one-hour synchronous sessions are planned:
- Monday, February 3, 2025, 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. PT
- Friday, February 7, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PT
These sessions will be recorded and shared with registrants who are unable to attend. The recordings may also be shared publicly after the event.
Facilitators: Connie Strayer and Robyn Grebliunas
Participants can expect to dedicate approximately 60 minutes per day for five days on learning and activities.
