Flogging In A Kink Venue

Studio of Secrets is excited to present a full day of flogging classes with renowned Impact Top, Cam E Leon.

Flogging in a kinky venue is level four of Cam_E_Leon’s four levels of flogging, and is a VITAL step to your flogging play.

These steps are are flog air, flog wall, flog person, and finally, flog in public.

•      Flogging the air improves your pattern
•              Flogging the wall (or other inanimate object) improves your recoil management
•              Flogging a person gives you verbal feedback
•              Flogging in public requires a greater level of situational awareness, including others coming into the scene, getting hit by falls, or interrupting flow                        
  

This class will involve some ‘warm up’ practical activities that match the lower levels then move toward specific drills on how to successfully run a “public scene”. This class is suitable for those who have done an introduction to flogging class and/or have successfully and safely flogged someone privately and want to level up. Participants should be able to do a figure eight/infinity flogging pattern with one hand.

No part of this class is compulsory. You are welcome to not take part in any part of the lesson that you don’t want to.

As we plan to simulate a 'venue' experience, numbers for this class have been increased to 30. You will practice scene set-up and management skills in a populated room, and get an idea of some of the risk management and self-awareness that is required when flogging in public.

ABOUT CAM_E_LEON:

Cam_E_Leon loves impact play and has been consensually hitting bottoms for the past decade. Flogging is the area of impact play that he loves the most and he practices most days. He has played publicly at a variety of Melbourne kink events including Splinter, Provocation and Fantastic where crowds (may) have enjoyed his connecting and creative impact techniques. 

Cam_E_Leon’s teaching style is dynamic and interactive. A hands-on learner himself, Cam_E_Leon has spent over twenty years learning and then teaching practical skills outside of kink including martial arts and trades.  Participants can expect to be taking part in hands-on practice multiple times in a class. He breaks skills to be taught down to specific micro-skills then teaches these progressively, leading to heightened skill development. He has taught introductory and intermediate impact play one-on-one and in skill share formats to unanimously positive feedback.
