Hear directly from a First Nations artist with lived experience of incarceration at The Torch’s Floor Talk at 11am on Saturday 15 November.
This program will feature a tour of The Torch’s exhibition Future Dreaming (24 October – 22 November 2025) followed by a talk led by an artist alongside The Torch’s CEO & Acting Creative Director, Susannah Day.
About Future Dreaming
The Torch proudly presents Future Dreaming an exhibition featuring works by First Nations artists incarcerated in 2025.
Each artwork explores the artist’s vision for the future, ranging from personal, spiritual and relational futures to the future of political, social and environmental systems.
Created within the walls of fifteen prisons across Victoria, the artworks in Future Dreaming are a powerful act of strength, resilience, and determination.
