Flourish After Fifty
Description
Flourish After Fifty: The Art of Living Well
What does living well mean to you now?
Life changes as we get older. Our priorities shift, relationships evolve, work may take up less space, and we may find ourselves caring a little less about what other people think.
And with that can come something wonderful: more freedom to decide how we want to live.
Join Sue West, founder of Flourish After Fifty and an experienced coach and facilitator, for a day of conversation, reflection, laughter and connection with other LGBTQ+ women and gender diverse people.
Together, we'll explore what it means to flourish at this stage of life: what matters to us now, what gives us energy and joy, what we're ready to let go of, and what we might want to make more room for.
There'll be opportunities to think, talk, laugh, reflect, connect and imagine, with plenty of space to share stories and perspectives, and also time to simply pause and think about yourself.
This isn't a day about fixing yourself, finding the perfect plan or reinventing your life. It's about drawing on everything you've lived and learned and asking: What does living well look like for me now?
You’ll leave with a fresh perspective, a new possibility, a renewed sense of what's important, or simply the feeling that there's good stuff ahead.
Come as you are. Bring your experiences, your curiosity and your sense of humour.
Sue looks forward to creating a warm, relaxed and thought-provoking day where we can explore what flourishing after fifty might mean for each of us.
