Chelsey Goodan is a gender justice & youth advocate, empowerment coach, and best selling author of UNDERESTIMATED: The Wisdom and Power of Teenage Girls. Helen Lewitan is a Clinical Psychologist with a specialty in Women's Mental Health. She runs her own private practice and works as head of mental health and impact at the Flourish Journey. She prides herself on being busy (sometimes too busy) including also being a mum and passionate foodie.
