Flourishing Connections Circle - an online women's circle for those aged 40+ looking to develop strong and meaningful relationships, both with themselves and others, that support their growth, well-being and vitality.

This circle offers you:

🌸a place to connect with like-minded women through discussion, activities and mindful practices

🌸time to reflect on your changing sense of identity and role in the family as you transition into the next chapter of your life

🌸space to learn from one another, explore new perspectives and challenge yourself to grow and evolve

🌸the opportunity to feel connected, empowered and flourishing in all aspects of your life

WHERE: Online - link shared 24 hours prior

WHEN: Please check the calendar, but usually the 3rd Thursday (evening 7.30-9pm AEST) of the month

THEMES: Each month's circle will center around a theme listed on the ticket and more information will be shared closer to the date via email

WHAT TO BRING: Your open mind and heart, a water bottle, journal and writing/drawing supplies, theme dependent items

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothing, we will be seated on chairs (I'm too old to spend 2hrs on the floor 😅)
