Event description

Flow & Feast Italian Edition - a monthly community gathering! 

Come join us for a night of movement, connection and seriously good food. Imagine cosy yoga flow, sound bowls, followed by a shared vegetarian Italian feast prepared by a professional chef! 

Flow & Feast was born out of the idea of bringing together two things I love - yoga + food! Think antipasto, handmade lasagne and fresh focaccia. It's a night not to be missed.

This evening is a chance to connect with your fellow yogis off the mat. Bring your friends, your partner and your appetite. I can't wait to see you there :)

What to expect: 

  • Yoga: 75 minutes of cosy flow, yin & sound. 
  • Dinner: A sit down Italian meal.
  • Community: Great people, conversations and new connections.

Note: 

  • Please bring mat / towel
  • GF / Vegan dietaries will be catered for.
