Event description

Flow & Feast - Nights is back for one final gathering before we head overseas! Join us for this special last hurrah, where we’ll celebrate community and connection through movement and food.

We’ll begin with a 75-minute yoga flow to ground, energise and open, followed by a shared feast.

This event has always been about more than just yoga and food — it’s about coming together, sharing space and creating memories. As our farewell offering in Australia, we’d love for you to join us in closing this chapter.
