Flow & Frequency | The Button Factory
Event description
Flow & Frequency
Join us for an evening of gentle movement, immersive sound, and deep inner connection.
This carefully curated experience begins with a grounding slow flow yoga session guided by Meg—designed to awaken the body, calm the nervous system, and create space within. With breath as your anchor and movement as your guide, you’ll be gently led into stillness.
From this place of openness, Anatman will guide you into a transformative sound journey. Through a rich tapestry of live instruments—including singing bowls, chimes, flutes, rainsticks, and rattles—layered with his own nature field recordings and ambient soundscapes, you’ll be invited to surrender into deep rest and resonance.
We’ll end the evening with a warm cup of herbal tea and space for quiet reflection or connection. Whether you choose to sit in silence, journal, or share softly with others, this closing ritual offers a gentle return from your inner journey.
Feel free to bring your yoga mat and anything that helps you feel more supported—blankets, cushions, eye masks, or your favorite mug.
Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, grounded, and reconnected.
About the facilitators:
Meg Bell is a heart-led yoga teacher with a gift for creating grounded, soulful spaces. Trained in London with both the Krama Yoga School and Just Breathe Project, Meg weaves her knowledge into practices that feel both expansive and deeply nurturing.
Whilst owning and running a yoga studio in Kerikeri, Meg also shares her offerings across retreats and events throughout the country. Her slow vinyasa journeys are infused with sound and intention, inviting you to reconnect, soften, and come home to yourself. With a natural ability to build community, Meg holds space where inspiration flows and presence deepens.
Anatman creates immersive soundscapes that blend live traditional instruments with carefully crafted compositions, guiding listeners into deep meditative states. With a background in DJing, audio engineering, and music production, his work is deeply influenced by his study of Buddhism, meditation, and the transformative power of sound.
Initially blending electronic music with spiritual elements, his focus evolved toward ambient and experimental compositions, incorporating nature field recordings to foster introspection and self-discovery. Through his music, Anatman explores the connection between sound and consciousness, offering a journey into deep presence and transformation.
Embrace this opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others in a safe space of profound tranquility.
