Flow and Glow

Flow and glow with our 45 min mat pilates class with Tamara, followed by Hannah sharing her mental health journey and how our wellness products contributed to the life she now lives. Try your very own green gut glow, as well as other samples. 

An opportunity to connect with like minded individuals. 1pm to 2pm approx. $12 pp, tickets are very limited. 

Bring a small towel and water bottle for the class. (No mat required)
