Flow Breath Lab - Return to Oneness

Flow Breath Lab - Return to Oneness is a luxurious workshop where you will explore various breathing techniques and somatic exercices, to switch to a life of FLOW. This is an invitation to breathe into your Vibrancy, what is Alive in you, and a return Home. A nurturing class for rejuvenation & calmness, a return to Oneness, one breath at a time. 

• We focus on nervous system regulation, using safe somatic techniques and the breather's own rhythm to release stress and trapped emotions. 
  • Breathwork is a powerful tool, benefits include clarity and peace of mind, improved sleep, access to meditative states, improved lung capacity, creation of a flow state and so much more.
  • After the session, guests are welcome to integrate their experience and enjoy the calmness of the gardens until about 4:30 pm. 
  • Light refreshments will be served, next to a firepit for warmth and connection. 

• VENUE: Luxurious experience in the serene location of 1770 Getaway, we will be breathing at the undercover deck next to the lily pond & tropical gardens. You will relax as soon as you enter the grounds. Guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful gardens. Note: the cafe will be closed.

• WHAT to bring? yoga mat, cushion or pillow, blanket, comfortable and warm clothing, water bottle. Limited spare equipment on the day, please let us know in advance if you require a mat.

• SAFE guided practice: Trauma-sensitive trained Registered Nurse & Certified Breathwork Facilitator at Flow Institute Australia. 

• * MEDICAL Contra-indications apply,* Breathwork is NOT suitable for: pregnant women, epilepsy or history of seizures, heart disease including angina/ previous heart attack, uncontrolled blood pressure (high or low), cardiovascular conditions, history of stroke, aneurysm (brain or abdominal), uncontrolled thyroid or diabetes, detached retina, glaucoma, severe asthma, severe mental health disorders and psychiatric conditions (such as diagnostic of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia), hospitalization for any psychiatric condition in the last 10 years. If you have any medical condition (or if not listed above) it is your responsibility to contact the organiser before buying a ticket to discuss suitability, as you will require a medical clearance. 
  • This is an alcohol and drug-free workshop. Please do not use substances before/when attending.
  • All participants will be required to sign a waiver and liability form.
