Book your mat, bring your appetite, and let’s make Saturday morning the highlight of your week.

What to bring:

• Large towel (and a smaller towel if you wish)

• Full water bottle

• Comfy workout gear (prepare to sweat!)

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular on the mat, this is the perfect way to stay warm, build strength, and feel amazing from the inside out. We have the mats covered. No socks or shoes needed.

ABOUT CHLOE

Chloe is a Pilates instructor + Breathwork practitioner passionate about encouraging movement and mindfulness for long-term health and wellness in those in the local and extended community. She welcomes attendees of all experience levels and encourages beginners to give it a try. She is qualified and insured to teach prenatal/postpartum and those recovering from injury. Please note tickets to each session are non-refundable nor-transferrable. If you are unable to make it on the day please kindly pass your ticket onto a friend or family member to go in your place. 

FAQ:

Can I bring children to this event?

- This will be an adults-only class.

Love it and want more?

- Join us in Baldivis on Monday evenings from July onwards. HEAT @ 5.30 PM MELT (stretch) @ 6.20 PM

I am pregnant, can I still come?

- This one is sadly not for you, due to the nature of the heated room it is not recommended for those that are pregnant to work out in a heated environment. When you have had your baby you are more than welcome to join us for a sweaty session!

How hot is the room? 

- The session will gradually build up in temperature and reach approx 30 degrees. The closer to the heaters you go - the hotter it will be!

How long will the class go for? 

- Class will be 40-45 mins long.

What do I wear?

- It's going to heat up, shorts are recommended!
