Event description
Join us for a nourishing evening of movement and sound at The Pulse - Stronger Together Now. We’ll begin with a Vinyasa yoga practice - an accessible, all-levels flow that links breath to movement to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm gently. We will be using props like blocks and straps to support your comfort, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll feel right at home.
Following the flow, settle in for a deeply restorative sound bath. As you rest in stillness, you'll be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. These sound vibrations help calm the nervous system, release stress, and support emotional well-being, inviting your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and balance.
Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
