An opportunity to connect with your friends and yourself on another level through exploring your mood. A space is provided to express emotions or to shift an emotion that has been stuck for too long. Maybe you need to let go of some tension, pent-up frustration or to feel some calm and serenity. Let yourself be surprised how quickly you can shift from one mood to another utilising paper and pastels and the skills of Sarah, a qualified Sensorimotor Art Therapist.

These 2 hour group sessions are held at Sarah's studio in Riverside, tickets are normally $49.50 per person, inc. GST, but you'll be getting them for FREE.
