Flow State: A Womens Ecstatic Dance: October

Flow State is an immersive, multi-sensory experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stuck energy, and return to your natural state of expression and liberation.

Facilitated byAmber O'Brien from Yin Alchemy Collective this space invites women of all levels of experience to move freely, feel deeply, and come home to themselves.

This is not a dance class. There are no steps to follow, no expectations to meet. Instead, you’ll be guided into a deep state of presence through somatic movement, intentional breath, and vocal alchemy. Creating a container for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and authentic, unapologetic self-expression.

What to Expect:
-A womens only space
-A smoke, alcohol, substance and judgement free space
-Heart opening Cacao served upon arrival
-Grounding and Awakening Qigong and Somatic warm up
-Ecstatic movement to a curated soundscape
-Opportunities to connect with self and others in an authentic way

Please arrive for an energetic cleanse at 6.20pm, followed by a prompt 6.30pm start.

About the Facilitators:

Amber O'Brien founder of Yin Alchemy Collective has over 20 years of dance experience and nearly a decade of guiding movement spaces, Amber weaves the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, the I Ching, and feminine alchemy into everything she offers. Her facilitation blends intuitive dance, Neigong, breath-led embodiment, and ritual to create spaces where women can soften, remember, and reconnect.
