Autumn is a time of release, surrender and returning to your roots.
Join Hannah, for a luxurious 10 week Yin Yoga journey. Each week explores a different theme through breath work, mediation and yin shapes that encourage relaxation, spaciousness and ease.
Suitable for all levels, and perfect for those with busy lives wanting to slow down.
Yin Yoga benefits include:

The full benefits of Yin Yoga are through a consistent practice. This series acknowledges that deep work with the body, nervous system and mind takes time, patience and slowness. Each week builds on previous practices and the series is best as a cohesive whole.
What to bring?
- Come as you are. Option to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Spares of these are also available on the night.
Who is leading the sessions?
Hannah is an experienced Yoga teacher with a background in Psychology. She has over 250+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training and specialist training in Yin Yoga. Her experiences promote a wholistic approach to wellbeing and supports participants to better turn up for themselves and others in their lives.
