Flow & Feast was born out of the idea of bringing together two things that we love - yoga + food! We've created this event for every body, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. The food is simple and delicious, we want it to feel like a meal shared with close friends.

At the heart of Flow & Feast is community, a space where people are brought together through movement and food. We’re passionate about offering a high-quality experience—thoughtful yoga, delicious food, and warm community—while keeping it accessible for all.
