Here, soft candlelight flickers, the air is warm and nurturing, and you are held in a container of deep presence, safety, and sisterhood. This is more than a breathwork session, it is a sacred return to Self.

As you settle in, your breath begins to flow, gentle, rhythmic, connected. The resonance of sound weaves through the space and through your body, soothing your nervous system, softening the armour, and guiding you inward.

You feel the shift, subtle at first, then undeniable. Old patterns loosen their grip. Energy blocks melt away. FlowBREATH is a sacred space for women to be seen, heard, and deeply held. It reconnects us to ourselves, to each other, and to the ancient wisdom of the breath.

NOTE: Breathwork is a deeply transformative process and your safety is of highest priority, therefore there are some contraindications which would not allow for your participation in the FlowBREATH ~ Breathwork Journey.

These are: Diagnosed Severe PTSD, Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), Epilepsy, history of seizures, heart issues, high blood pressure, recent surgery or recovery. If you are pregnant please contact Emma to discuss if the session is suitable for you.

Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving emotional release.
