Making Flower Essences: Ceremony, Connection, and Community Medicine

Join us for a heartfelt, hands-on class where we explore the art of creating flower essences--remembering that there is medicine in the making of medicine.

You will:

• Learn what flower essences are, and how they're made

• make your very own flower essence, and sit in the medicine-making ceremony with your chosen plant

• share medicine with other attendees and go home with your very own medicine cabinet

• And as always, a trip to Deep Roots Ecostead isn't complete without a visit to the goats!

What to bring:

• Sunhat, sunblock, protective clothing - we will be outside the majority of the time.

• Water bottle

• Journal and writing implement

• a clear glass or crystal bowl if you have one, if not, one will be provided for you

• a packed lunch - fridge space and microwave provided
