Who's this for?
Absolutely ANYONE! You don't need to be creative, artistic or know anything about mindfulness or wellness.
If you're looking for Flowwa Japanese meditative art therapy as a form of trauma-therapy, talk to Kerry, Japanese meditative arts practitioner, about your options.
What happens in the event?
We'll make Flowwa art (Japanese flower arranging in bottles) and chat about wellness, share drinks and snacks.

Drinks & Snacks:
1 Welcome drink per person included.
Available upon purchase, but feel free to BYO.
Freely come and go as you like, during 18:00-20:00

By coming to this gathering, you're helping mental health of survivors of violence in their recovery journeys! All profits are used to run art x mindfulness programs for survivors.

About Flowwa, the Not-For-Profit Arts Organisation for social change:

Flowwa is a survivor-led, Not-For-Profit organisation that runs art x wellness workshops, nature retreats and peer-support for violence survivors. Flowwa is rooted in our love for flowers and the specific Japanese belief about nature - that humans are equal residents of this planet alongside all living things. It's in our name "Flow-wa" - 'Wa' in Japanese means 'Harmony' and 'Community'. Lastly, 'Wa' is the sound of amazement, joy, wonders and appreciation.

Like all kinds of flowers in nature, everyone's journeys of healing and growing is unique and everyone has an important role to play in our community. Survivors' stories give so much insights and drive to make the world safer, healthier and kinder.
