Fluid Fridays - Conscious Dance in Kalamunda
Event description
Fluid Fridays - Conscious Dance in Kalamunda
Do you love to dance but don’t enjoy the pub or club culture anymore?
Perhaps you prefer to move to music that may be more soothing to the nervous system?
Or do you desire to give yourself some time to slow down and sense your inner world?
Fluid Fridays is a monthly conscious dance in Kalamunda - a space for authentic self expression through free form movement.
These sessions are for movers of all levels of experience, including beginners and those new to conscious dance. They can also support seasoned dancers to begin again, dive deeper and expand further.
With the support of a carefully woven playlist you will be gently guided to discover what lives beneath the skin and become aware of the intelligence within the body. And who knows, you might just have some fun along the way.
You are encouraged to come as you are and find expression for what is real in the moment, where you can explore and embody different aspects of your body, emotions and consciousness.
After we have moved together there will be an opportunity to connect socially with a shared meal and cups of tea. If this interests you, please select the added meal option when purchasing your ticket. Cash option available with prior arrangement.
