Do you love to dance but perhaps don’t enjoy the pub or club culture anymore?

Perhaps you want to shake off the week that was and ‘reset’ yourself for the weekend?

Fluid Fridays is a new monthly conscious dance space in Kalamunda - a space for authentic self expression through free form movement. 

This space is for movers of all levels of experience, including beginners and those new to conscious dance. 

With the support of a carefully woven playlist you will be gently guided to discover what lives beneath the skin and who knows, you might just have some fun along the way. 

You are encouraged to come as you are and find expression for what is real in the moment, where you can explore and embody different aspects of your body, emotions and consciousness. 

After we have moved together there will be an opportunity to connect socially with a shared meal and cups of tea. If this interests you, please select the added meal option when purchasing your ticket.

Please no shoes, no talking and no phones on the dance floor and please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne.
