Join us for an exciting Pilates session in support of Flying Fox!
We’ll begin with a calming meditation led by Frankie Kanat, followed by an all-levels Pilates class with Shelley Kamil from Rhythmic Pilates — a low-impact, empowering workout designed to strengthen your body and ease your mind.After the session, enjoy light refreshments and hear a powerful story by parent Sandi Gabriel about the impact your support makes possible.
💙 All proceeds go directly to Flying Fox programs, creating unforgettable social experiences for young people with and without disabilities.
