This registration is for school team managers or coaches only. If your school/event combination  is not on the list, please take the "new school" option for that event.

Both the Epee and Sabre events will be mixed gender due to many students in our zone fencing overseas at moment. This will allow more schools to field a representative ‘school team’.

We are asking you to nominate your chosen number of teams during registration and you will be able to submit the names of team members on the day of the competition.

Please register each team as a separate ticket within one booking. For example if you have 1 Epee and 2 Sabre teams you should have 3 tickets in your basket. 

The person registering is also in charge of distributing and forwarding any information concerning this event to team members.

Standard Registration is open until 23.55h on Thursday August 18th and the cost is $90.00 plus cc and booking fees.

Late entries are at the discretion of the DT and will incur an additional $30 plus booking and cc fees. Please contact us directly.

You have two payment options: online via credit card or by invoice. We can send you an invoice as soon as we have received your application. Please select preferred option during registration process.

Terms of entry - please  read carefully;  By going ahead with your registration you acknowledge that you are fully aware of our rules and regulations  

School teams are selected by the schools.
You must make up school teams first before forming composite teams.

Only if your school does not have enough fencers are you allowed to form a composite team. Composite team entries are at the discretion of the DT. The idea is to allow school fencers from schools with no fencing club or not enough eligible fencers to join the competitions. The schools whose students form a composite team must support the application. 

So called “super composite teams” are not allowed

Composite teams are allowed to win the competition and claim the title of regional winners. The winning school team will be awarded the top regional school award.

Schools can submit as many teams as they like.

We have the limitation of 10 pistes (20 teams). Should we get close to sell out, we will select the A team of each school first.. Spaces still available will be filled by the B teams on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Composite teams are considered B teams. Should there be uneven numbers of teams, historic data and the results from the Individuals competitions, where applicable, will be used to determine the byes.

Names of team members are not necessary at time of registration.

A maximum of four members must be selected for each team before the teams event starts. Changes are at discretion of the DT.

No changes to the named fencers are permitted after check in.

Certificates will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams only.
All team members are eligible for a certificate and will be asked to join their team on the podium. 

Closer to the event date we will publish a timetable. However teams are busy events, so please anticipate a full day of fencing.
