Frequency & Chill is a cozy, Black queer-centered wellness gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and simply be.

This is a space to rest, build community, and nourish your nervous system through guided wellness experiences, an immersive sound bath, and meaningful connection.

Whether you’re coming to meet new people, take a break from the pace of everyday life, or enjoy a slower Saturday evening, you’re invited to come exactly as you are.

Mx. Ellyana Simon(She/They) is a sound healer and creator of SVDGVRL SOURCE (pronounced ‘sadgirl source’).

Their work centers on creating spaces and where people can slow down, feel what they need to feel, and reconnect with themselves.
