In this course, learn to cultivate calm-abiding—a state of focused tranquility—as a foundation for deep insight. Through guided practice in the four applications of mindfulness (body, feelings, mind, and phenomena) and meditative concentration, gain clarity, stillness and wisdom to bring balance and awareness into daily life.
