Description

If you've ever had a problem with a service provider – maybe an energy company, a phone provider or a government service – you'll know it's not always easy to find your way through their complaints process. And that's where Ombudsman services come into the picture, helping people understand their rights, making enquiries on their behalf and ensuring services treat people fairly.

For World Ombudsman Day, join us for an engaging conversation with key Ombudsman services in Victoria and nationally, exploring the role of an Ombudsman, the types of issues they can help with, common themes in the complaints they receive, and the role of fairness in their work.

This conversation will equip community leaders, advocates and service providers with more information about the services available to assist their community to seek help if they need it.
