Event description

This workshop will begin with a presentation and then we get into hands-on practice making a couple of recipes that are evidence-backed and proven to fight inflammation, anxiety, and depression.

Stacey will cover a range of diets that are recommended for these conditions, and a few staples that have worked over the years to support her wellbeing. This includes an ice-cube tray filled with immune-boosting "tea bombs" and a vegan "bone broth". These recipes are designed for those with limited funds and with digestive issues that may restrict how much you can eat in a serving.

How can we make choices about food and diet that can reduce pain and improve our quality of life? There's lots of information, and Stacey will facilitate the conversation after the presentation so you can get what you need from the session.
