Food Hub 2025

Food Hub is a service that provides food and other essential items to university students who are struggling with finances or food insecurity. 

Run in collaboration with Student Life Welcome Hub, students can visit the Food Hub pantry on Level 3 of the Wentworth Building (outside Laneway Café) and collect the items they need at no cost.

Having already served thousands of students, Food Hub is a crucially important service for the student community in a time of rising costs and increased pressures on students’ finances.

Starting Monday March 3rd, FoodHub will trial open registrations 1 hour before each of our 3 sessions. 

- Registration for 11am sessions will open at 10:00am

- Registration for 12pm sessions will open at 11:00am

- Registration for 1pm sessions will open at 12:00pm

To ensure the best FoodHub experience for yourself and other students, please:

• Only come at your registered time 
• BYO Bag every time 
• BYO Container we often have bulk goods available 
  
• Adhere to the 5 item limit. Remember also - Max 1 item from our fridge, Max 1 item from our freezer. 

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 11am - 2pm - with valid ticket only
