Food Hub 2025

Food Hub is a service that provides food and other essential items to university students who are experiencing financial hardship or food insecurity.

Run in collaboration with Student Life Welcome Hub,the Food Hub pantry is located on Level 3 of the Wentworth Building (outside Laneway Café). Students can collect 5 items they need at no cost with a valid ticket during operating hours.

Having already served thousands of students, Food Hub is an essential service for the student community in a time of rising costs and increased pressures on students’ finances.

Starting Monday March 3rd, FoodHub will trial opening registrations 1 hour before each of our 3 daily sessions. 

- Registration for 11am sessions will open at 10:00am

- Registration for 12pm sessions will open at 11:00am

- Registration for 1pm sessions will open at 12:00pm

To ensure the best Food Hub experience for yourself and other students, please:

• Arrive only at your registered time 
• BYO Bag every time 
• BYO Container we often have bulk goods available 
  
• Adhere to the 5 item limit. Remembering - Max 1 item from our fridge, Max 1 item from our freezer. 

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday: Strictly 11am - 2pm - with valid ticket only
