Event description

Professor Craig Jeffrey, DVC (International) at Monash University and PHD researcher Sarah Guest from the University of Melbourne will share key findings from their latest study, and discuss food insecurity through the lens of culture, affordability, campus life, accessible food facilities, charities, and more.

Delving into these issues, participants will acquire a deeper understanding of how to develop tailored programs that support the health, nutrition and wellbeing of students.

This session will highlight creative student led programs, with inspiring presentations from international students at RMIT Just Food, and Union Mart at the University of Melbourne. More than food, these programs are building lively student communities.

This session is ideal for education providers and PBSAs who are looking to make a difference.

Morning tea included.
