TAFE SA accredited Food Safety Supervision Skill Set SITSS00069 at Murraylands Skills Centre

Course description:

Delivery is 1 session and will cover 2 units of theory.

The lecturer will deliver the theory and complete the theory assessments face to face. Students will need to provide practical assessment component evidence back in their workplace which forms part of the completion assessment. The lecturer will provide full information guidance and instruction on how to complete and submit this requirement during the session.

Competencies to be delivered:

Use hygienic practices for food safety (SITXFSA005)

Participate in safe food handling practices (SITXFSA006)

You will learn how to:

>  monitor and record food hazards

>  understand organisational food safety programs, procedures and documents

> monitor food safety techniques.
