Food Waste Reduction Roadmap Launch

On Stop Food Waste Day (28th April 2021) NZ Food Waste Champions 12.3 will be launching their Food Waste Reduction Roadmap. This identifies solutions at each stage of the food supply chain to tackle food waste.
The report builds off discussions had a month ago at New Zealand's first Food Waste Summit, run by WasteMINZ in collaboration with NZ Food Waste Champions 12.3. It also showcases our 12 original Champions of 12.3 as case studies and findings from 30 stakeholder interviews.
Join five of our Champions to take you through an overview of each section of the food supply chain (Primary Production; Processing; Retail; Hospitality and Household). They'll talk about the key findings in the Roadmap and their own case study.
