Get ready to kick off your Sunday shoes at the 2025 Secondary Production of Footloose!
When Ren McCormack moves from the city of Chicago to a small rural town, he’s ready for a new start. What he doesn’t expect is a strict ban on dancing - or the uphill battle he’ll face to bring it back! With tensions high between generations, Ren finds himself at the centre of a town in conflict: a preacher grieving the son he lost, a daughter determined to break free of outdated rules, and a community learning how to let go of fear and embrace change.
Filled with unforgettable 80s anthems like Let’s Hear It for the Boy, Holding Out for a Hero and the show-stopping Footloose, this high-energy musical is a story of resilience, hope and the power of listening with an open mind. Performed by a cast of talented Secondary students, it’s a celebration of connection, courage and finding your voice. Don’t miss it!
