It has never been more important than right now to stand with our trans sisters and show support to one of the most vilified and marginalised communities, especially trans women of colour who face discrimination and hate crimes at an ever increasing rate.

Within Australia, gender affirming care is not recognised or covered by Medicare as life saving care. This leaves the trans community to fight and fend for themselves, just to feel comfort within their own bodies.

The proceeds from this event will be donated directly to trans women within the Boorloo community who are raising money to receive life saving gender affirming surgeries.
