Event description

The Foresee Mindfulness and Motivational Introductory Course is designed as a starting point to get clearer on who you are, what is important to you and what you see for yourself while introducing mindfulness, embodiment and self reflection practices into your daily life.

The course includes:

  • Two weekly 20 minute guided meditation sessions - starting the week with a motivational session to get ready for the week to come and ending with a reflective theme to let go of the week that has been
  • Each week we will explore a different theme including - Gratitude, Values, Vision and Outcomes
  • A weekly self reflection worksheet
  • Private Facebook group to connect with a community and be supported through your journey

The sessions are offered live and available for the duration of the course so that you can enjoy the added accountability of showing up with the group and repeat each session as many times as you like or catch up if you aren't able to make it each time.
