Travel instructions
Public Transport The Ellen Melville Centre is conveniently located in central Auckland and is easily accessible by public transport. Waitematā (formerly Britomart) Station, Auckland's main train hub, is approximately a 7-minute walk from the venue. The Downtown Ferry Terminal is also nearby, around a 9-minute walk away, with numerous bus services stopping within a few minutes of the centre. Entry instructions
Please enter via the main door entrance on the ground floor on Freyberg Place. Please allow extra time before your session starts to complete registration and settle in comfortably. Have your ticket ready for check-in (you do not need to print your ticket. Simply have your ticket confirmation available on your phone when you arrive).
After entry instructions
Forest & Bird staff will be available to direct you to the Pioneer Women’s Hall once you have registered.
Toilet location
There are two accessible toilets available within the venue. The passenger lift, located on the east side of the building, provides direct access to the Pioneer Women's Hall, where the event will be held.
Accessible parking
Parking Information Accessible parking is available on Chancery Street, just 20 metres from the EMC entrance. For attendees requiring general parking, the Victoria Street Car Park is the closest and most cost-effective public parking option.
