Join us for our Forest Bathing (Nature Connection) Walk and experience the healing power of nature.
Informed by the Japanese practice of "shinrin yoku", this type of mindful walking is calming and soothing to the nervous system and can help boost your immune system.
Rest assured no nudity is required! Forest Bathing is an immersive, sensory experience where we let nature soak in through all our senses. We use mindfulness meditation, slow movement and deep listening to reawaken our innate and intuitive connection to the natural world and to ourselves.
There is now substantial scientific evidence that reveals the beneficial effects of nature connection on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Forest Bathing is being called "The New Yoga", but actually connecting to nature in meaningful ways has been a way of life for humans in different cultures around the world for thousands of years. In our modern
world we’ve lost touch with this way of being and our intuitive knowledge of how to heal and restore ourselves. With this mindful nature walk, we offer you a chance to pause, reset and remember.

Do not attend our programs, if
- You show any COVID-19 symptoms or feel unwell
- You have returned a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test
- You have been asked to self-isolate
Please follow the NSW Health COVID-19 testing and self-isolating Health Order advice. We will refund your ticket if you or your child are not able to attend due to any of the above reasons.
