Join us as we take a slow, mindful saunter through the forest and spend some time meditating in our special "sit spot." Leave your cell phone behind for best results! You'll befriend a special tree and experience the soft, peaceful healing that only nature can truly provide. All five senses and more will be activated here! We'll pick some select plants on our walk back out to create a special Tea Ceremony to connect us and thank Mother Earth for her healing gifts.
