The forest invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the restorative energy of nature. Through guided forest bathing and mindful nature immersion, we will support the nervous system, awaken the senses, and create space for greater clarity, balance, and renewal.

We will meet at the parking lot and travel as a group so please arrive promptly at 10am.

You will be walking or standing for most of this event so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes , dressing in layers and bringing a bottle of water.

This process will be led by Anne-Therese (A-T) Holistic Energy Practitioner & Nature Healing Facilitator. She creates a safe, accepting & powerful space for self-transformation, healing and expanded awareness.
