Forest Bathing Walk
Event description
An immersive, guided experience designed to help slow you down, calm your mind, and deepen your connection with nature.
Set in a serene, natural environment, you'll be gently guided through mindfulness invitations that awaken your senses and help you feel more grounded and present.
Much of the experience unfolds in shared silence - a rare chance to step away from words and attune to the subtle sounds, textures, sights, and scents of the forest.
There will be moments to share reflections with others in the group, fostering a sense of connection and community. The experience concludes with a calming tea ceremony - a moment to pause, savour, and integrate the journey.
This is not a hike - it's an invitation to pause, wander slowly, become curious, and allow the body and mind to recalibrate.
You'll leave feeling calmer, restored and with a renewed sense of clarity.
Why it's special:
Guided by a qualified Forest Bathing Practitioner
Benefits are well supported by scientific research: reduced stress, anxiety and depression; improved sleep quality; strengthened immunity; and greater focus and concentration
Intentionally slow-paced - no rush, no expectations
Small group size for personal experience
Whether you're seeking peace, inspiration, or a break from daily busyness, this experience invites you to step into stillness and let the forest work its quiet magic.
Supported by Willunga Environment Centre
