Event description

The course is designed for supervisory staff who have demonstrated at least 6 months operational experience working within the Tasmanian forest environment and have a basic understanding of the Forest Practices System. This course is good to upskill staff who have insufficient experience to undertake Forest Practices Officer training at this point.

Welcome cuppas will be available from 8:00 am.

We will be based at the Kermandie Hotel in Geeveston and holding our morning theory sessions there. We encourage participants to book accommodation at the Kermandie Hotel as it has reasonably priced, comfortable rooms and will be most convenient.
