Forest Practices for Supervisors
Event description
The course is designed for supervisory staff who have demonstrated at least 6 months operational experience working within the Tasmanian forest environment and have a basic understanding of the Forest Practices System. This course is good to upskill staff who have insufficient experience to undertake Forest Practices Officer training at this point.

We will be based at the Kermandie Hotel in Geeveston and holding our morning theory sessions there. We encourage participants to book accommodation at the Kermandie Hotel as it has reasonably priced, comfortable rooms and will be most convenient. The next door Kermandie Lodge is a good option too. The FPA will book a large table for dinner on the first day of each session and welcome participants to join.
