Step into 100 acres of pristine subtropical rainforest, where towering eucalypts meet sandstone cliffs and birdsong dances through the valley air. Together, we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the gentle practice of Forest Therapy (Shinrin-Yoku) — a guided immersion designed to awaken your senses, calm your mind, and reconnect you with the living world.

Guided by Fine, a certified Forest Therapy Guide, this 3-hour journey meanders along a 900-metre loop track through lush, green bushland and shaded rainforest. The path follows King’s Creek, flowing from the Kangaroo River, and finishes with breathtaking valley views. Expect a gentle, slow-paced walk suitable for most fitness levels — with some uneven surfaces, roots, and natural terrain underfoot.

We’ll pause along the way to notice, to listen, and to feel — allowing nature to speak in its quiet, healing language. The experience concludes under the trees, sharing gratitude and stillness.
