You’re Invited to a Restorative Forest Bathing Experience guided by Elizabeth Bridges, certified Forest Therapy Practitioner.
Join us for a guided Forest Bathing Experience, a practice inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku, where we will slow down, awaken our senses, and attune to the trees.

🌿 Time: 2-4 PM
🌿 Location: Evergreen Nature Preserve
🌿 What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, good walking shoes, water, and an open heart
This gentle, mindful walk is designed to reduce stress, enhance well-being, and foster a deeper connection with nature. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to be present.
