Hey Team, 

I'm Coach Cam and I'd like to share with you the lessons I've learned from Becoming a Man in Full.

I believe in Strength of Physique and Character. 

What does it mean to be a man if you can't perform in the physical realm?
I have also appreciated my vulnerability, of being seen and heard in my shit however it has only been valuable from other men that have bleed, toiled and sweated alongside me.

The real world practical benefits of attending the retreat will be to leave with the tools and maps, taking home new programs of thought, action and response back into your daily life

As a man we need to be able to control our bodies and internal world , we want to be powerful enough to exert our will and create our reality in the outside world. To do this,  at times, we need to accept and surrender to circumstances so we can respond from a place of calm and not react out of fear or intense feelings 

It means sitting with your children when they are feeling uncomfortable and leading them back to their centre, taking tour partner out for date night and they feel like they’re the only person in the room, splurging on a family dinner and not worrying about bills next week, getting home from work and leaving the stresses of the day outside 

I offer you the best ways that have helped me with this in my daily practice, at improving my performance, patiently, little by little
