At ELEMENTS, we see art as a journey, a way to heal, connect, and feel truly present. Life moves fast, and our paint and sip sessions are your chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and the people around you.

Founded by Zé Alberto and Flavia, ELEMENTS was born from the heart. Zé, a visual artist, is passionate about helping people discover the joy of creating. Flavia brings her experience in marketing and her deep love for building community. Together, they have built something that brings true joy and helps clear your mind in the middle of a busy life. Each session is guided step-by-step by a caring, professional artist. No pressure. No experience required. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to try. With music, colour, drinks, and welcoming vibes, while you paint, you’ll laugh, connect, and create something meaningful inside and out.
