Forró Dance Class Term 4/24

Hello and thank you for your interest in Love to Forro Melbourne's dance classes!

Love to Forró Melbourne is a newly created not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting Forró; a popular music genre and dance which originated in Brazil, now very much international. It is one of the easier partner dances to learn, which would explain why it is so addictive!

Our class term 4 will run weekly from 10/10 to 12/12 and we have three fantastic class options for you:

1. First Steps (4-week term): Join us on Thursdays from 7:45pm - 8:25pm. Enrol for the full 4-week term at a cost of $35 or attend individual classes for $10. Try your first class for FREE!

This class is perfect if you have never danced Forró before, or if you want to improve your basic steps. 
Don't worry if you don't have a partner - it's not required!


2. Beginners class: Join us on Thursdays from 7:45pm - 8:45pm - Enrol for the full 10-week term at a cost of $150 or attend individual classes for $20. 

This class is perfect if you already have some Forró knowledge and would like to develop it even further. No partner required!

Also perfect if you want to learn how to lead (if you're a follower) and vice-versa. 

3. Intermediate class: Take your Forró knowledge to the next level! Our Intermediate Class is also held on Thursdays, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. You can either sign up for the entire term for $150 or attend individual classes for $20 each. 

This class is designed for individuals who already have a solid foundation in Forró and want to further develop their skills. Just like the the other Classes, no partner is required.

* You're welcome to stay for Beginner's class at no additional cost if you have bought the full intermediate term. If you have not purchased the full term you can stay for Beginners for an additional $5. 

After each class, you will have the opportunity to practice what you've learned from 7:30pm to 7:45pm and 8:45pm to 9:00pm. It's a great chance to reinforce your skills, meet others, and enjoy the dance!

Please note that your correct level may be reassessed during your first class. Even if you are assessed as fit for the Intermediate Class, we highly recommend continuing to refine your basic steps by staying for the Beginners Class as well.
