  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Reservation / Cancellation policy

You can get a ticket or cancel up to 72 hours before the event.

What to bring?

  • Water bottle (there is a water fountain for refills)

  • Sport shoes & sport attire

  • Badminton racquet. The venue has a limited number of racquets for hire for $10

Parking on site

  • There is free parking behind the venue (adjacent to Indoor Padel), though it may be difficult to find for first timers.

  • Passcode to enter the boom gate is 2015 (postcode of the venue)
